Four years ago, Eagles food and beverage director Eric Montijo got in touch with chef/owner Kelsey Bush and asked if we would be interested in providing pastries for home games.

We’re eternally grateful to everyone who visits us, no matter what time of year. It’s just especially great to see you when the weather is nice and you could be at the beach instead!

For us, the concept of farm-to-table extends beyond the agriculture sector and into our community of makers, producers and distributors.

Getting folks excited about wine has been a core value of Bloomsday from our inception.

The history of Loretta’s is really the history of Bloomsday, and all the lessons we learned on a long road through a first restaurant in Philadelphia and a global pandemic.

A restaurant? With a blog? What is this, 2010?

We’re sad to say it’s actually 2026, so it’s probably time to put away our beloved skinny jeans and studded belts. But hey, we are (mostly) a millennial crew after all, so this is a return to territory we know and love. We’ve decided to start a blog because we think what we’re doing at Bloomsday and Loretta’s is compelling and fun. Wait– do you guys even know that Bloomsday and Loretta’s are owned by the same restaurant group??
